Creative events are an art in themselves. Mark is finding a niche market to fulfill the need for events that are very high quality, sized for intimacy, and focused upon Chattanooga’s resource of amazing talent.

Make Music Day: Global Website
Make Music Day is a global event ocuring on the summer and winter solstices. The Chattanooga chapter began in 2016 led by local Taryn Balwinski, and Mark joined the volunteer team in 2017. Mark’s first project was Music on the Move, an event designed to take artists to the streets with designated stops along a route. Mark now leads and teaches the Harmonica Workshop, which is sponsored by Hohner Harmonicas.
Chattanooga Readers and Writers Fair
The Chattanooga Writers’ Guild produced this annual event in June 2018 and September 2019. Mark was the leader of the CWG planning team.
