Make Music Day is a global celebration of music and of making music, held on the summer solstice, June 21. The festive day began in France about 30 years ago and has spread around the world. Chattanooga’s chapter began in 2016 under the direction of Taryn Balwinski and Brian Auten, which they have turned over to Mark Anderson for 2022. Book launch and signing event for the annual poetry anthology of Rhyme N Chatt Interactive Poetry Organization. This years anthology is titled, “On the Other Side of the Mask” and contains poetry by 18 RNC members, with the forward by Swayvo Morten. Join us for an evening of refreshments and readings by many of the contributors: 5 to 8pm at Arts Build, 301 E 11th Street, Chattanooga

The Hart Gallery’s event for Main X 24 is Spiked Cafe. It was a fantastic evening with MC C-Grimey, artistic director Marsha Mills, event manager Cassie Turpening.
